We hope that you'll be happy with your purchase but if you're not, or there is a problem, we're happy to help you sort it out. Just follow the simple rules below. Please note this policy only covers items purchased directly from Lithocraft Pty Ltd.
Lithocraft Pty Ltd will only accept your return items if you have contacted Lithocraft Pty Ltd (03 8366 0200) to discuss the reason for your return.
Upon the outcome of this discussion if both parties conclude the goods are faulty or damaged Lithocraft Pty Ltd will replace or refund all monies that have changed hand for the goods.
Replacement turnaround time is dependent on the relevant goods purchased. We cannot guarantee replacement turnaround times and are not liable for losses you suffer during this time.

HOW WE PROVIDE REFUNDS
Refunds are provided in the same manner as you made payment. This means that if you paid us by credit card, we will refund to the credit card you paid us with. If you paid by any other means we will endeavour to provide a refund using that method. If we cannot make payment in the same manner as you made the payment, we will call you to discuss.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process. If you think you are due a refund and it has not come through in that time please call us on 03 8366 0200 and we will check it out for you.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE COMPETITION AND
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights the customer may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (including the Australian Consumer Law) or any other applicable legislation, as far as those rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in our contract of sale. Benefits given by this policy are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
